PREAMBLE

We, the Public Organization "WEYS GUIDE DOG," understand that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your information is used and shared online. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits our website and will only collect and use information in ways that are consistent with your rights and our obligations under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI.

This policy applies to our use of any and all data collected by us in relation to your use of our website. Please read this privacy policy carefully and ensure that you understand it. Your acceptance of our privacy policy is deemed to occur upon your first use of our website. If you do not accept and agree with this privacy policy, you must stop using our website immediately.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy" or "Privacy Policy") is an integral part of the terms of use of the website, concluded between the visitor (hereinafter referred to as "You", "User") and the Public Organization "WEYS GUIDE DOG" (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Foundation") regarding the use of the website: https://gd.weys.eco (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

1.2 All capitalized terms used in this Policy, the meaning of which is not directly defined in this document, shall be interpreted as defined in the terms of use. This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we receive from visitors to our Site, and how we collect, process, and use it.

1.3 The Policy explains how we use this information, describes other details regarding our practices with personal information, and explains how you can contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Information and personal data are collected, processed, and used in strict accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

1.4 We reserve the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason, without additional notice to you about such changes.

1.5 Your provision/posting of information on the Site constitutes your agreement with the content of this Privacy Policy and means that you grant us permission to collect, use, and disclose/distribute information that identifies you in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not send us any information and immediately stop using the Site.

2. TERMS USED IN THE PRIVACY POLICY

Website – a collection of data, electronic (digital) information, other objects of copyright and (or) related rights, etc., interconnected and structured within the website address and (or) the account of the owner of this website, access to which is carried out via an internet network address, which may consist of a domain name, directory records or calls, and (or) a numerical address under the internet protocol.

Website Owner – a person who is the account holder and establishes the procedure and conditions for using the website.

Site User or Personal Data Subject – a natural person, user of the site, whose personal data is processed;

Processing of Personal Data – any action or set of actions of the company, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and dissemination (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data.

Personal Data – information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified.

Depersonalization of Personal Data – removal of information that allows a person to be directly or indirectly identified;

Account – an account necessary to access and/or use certain areas and functions of our site;

Cookie – a small text file placed on your computer or device by our site when you visit certain parts of our site and/or when you use certain features of our site.

3. ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

3.1 The Foundation is the owner and controller of the personal data of Site users.

3.2 When a user uses the services of the Foundation's Site, the user's data is processed, namely:

  • data provided by the user both when filling out registration forms and in the process of using the services;
  • cookie files;
  • IP addresses;
  • parameters and settings of internet browsers (user-agent).

3.3 The Foundation collects only those personal data (e.g., your name and surname, login and access password, email address, contact phone number, date of birth, gender, etc.) that are knowingly and voluntarily provided by you as a personal data subject for the purpose of using the Site's services, which, in accordance with legal requirements, constitutes the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose of their processing formulated in this Policy.

3.4 The Foundation limits itself to collecting the minimum amount of information necessary solely to fulfill the request of the personal data subject. In any case, when non-mandatory information is requested, the user will be informed at the time of collecting such information.

3.5 The Foundation does not collect any information for the processing of which the law establishes certain requirements, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, conviction for a crime or criminal punishment, as well as data relating to health, sex life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection").

4. PURPOSES OF USING PERSONAL DATA

4.1 Your personal data is used for the purpose of providing the Site's internet services, exchanging information/news, and for relations in the field of advertising and communication in accordance and in compliance with the laws of Ukraine, including, but not limited to: "On Personal Data Protection," "On Ratification of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data concerning Supervisory Authorities and Transborder Data Flows," "On Information," "On Advertising," "On Telecommunications," "On Protection of Information in Information and Telecommunication Systems," "On State Support of Mass Media and Social Protection of Journalists," as well as in accordance with the rules of use of the site and other acts regulating the activities of the Foundation.

5. USE OF COOKIE FILES

5.1 We use cookie files necessary for the functioning of the site. With the help of Cookie files, we obtain the technical information specified in p. 3.

6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1 The Foundation uses generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. However, despite all efforts, the Foundation cannot guarantee absolute protection against any threats arising outside the scope of the Foundation's regulation.

6.2 The Foundation ensures the application of all relevant confidentiality obligations, as well as technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data, their accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

6.3 The Foundation provides access to information and personal data only to authorized employees who have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of such information and data in accordance with the Foundation's requirements.

6.4 Dissemination of personal data without the consent of the personal data subject or their authorized person is permitted in cases determined by law, and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being, and human rights.

7. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

7.1 The procedure for access to personal data by third parties is determined by the terms of the user's consent granted to the personal data controller for the processing of this data, or in accordance with legal requirements.

7.2 The user has the right to obtain any information about themselves from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided that the surname, name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay) and details of the document identifying the natural person submitting the request are indicated, except in cases established by law.

7.3 User access to data about themselves is free of charge.

7.4 Postponement of user access to their personal data is not permitted.

8. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT

8.1 The Foundation informs you of your rights as a personal data subject, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," namely:

  1. to know about the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the controller or processor of personal data, or to give an appropriate instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by you, except in cases established by law;
  2. to receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular, information about third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;
  3. to access your personal data;
  4. to receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, a response as to whether your personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
  5. to submit a reasoned request to the personal data controller objecting to the processing of your personal data;
  6. to submit a reasoned request for the modification or destruction of your personal data by any controller and processor of personal data if this data is processed illegally or is inaccurate;
  7. to protect your personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or defames the honor, dignity, and business reputation of a natural person;
  8. to file complaints about the processing of your personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court;
  9. to apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;
  10. to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process your personal data when giving consent;
  11. to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  12. to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
  13. to protection against an automated decision that has legal consequences for you.

To update, access, amend, block or delete your personal data, withdraw consent to the processing of personal data that you have provided to the Foundation in accordance with this policy, or if you have any comments, wishes or complaints regarding your personal data processed by the Foundation, please contact the Foundation: by email: wgd@weys.eco or send a letter to the address: Ukraine, 40022, Sumy, Pryvokzalna Sq., bldg. 9.

9. INTERACTION OF THE SITE WITH OTHER RESOURCES

9.1 When the user uses the services, the pages of the Site may contain codes of other internet resources and third parties, as a result of which such internet resources and third parties receive your data. Therefore, these internet resources can receive and process information that you have visited these pages, as well as other information transmitted by the user's browser. Such internet resources may include:

  • banner display systems (e.g., DoubleClick for Publishers, Admixer, Adriver, etc.);
  • social network plugins (e.g., Disqus, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.).

9.2 The use of these company services is necessary for the operational analysis of Site visits, internal and external assessment of Site traffic, depth of views, and user activity. The company does not store or process the data received from these services.

9.3 Accordingly, if the user for any reason does not want these services to access their personal data, the user can, at their own discretion, log out of their account or profile, clear cookies (through their browser).

10. SECURITY OF MINORS

10.1 The Foundation uses generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. However, despite all efforts, the Foundation cannot guarantee absolute protection against any threats arising outside the scope of the Foundation's regulation.

10.2 The user bears full responsibility for keeping their password for accessing the Site confidential. The Foundation never asks the user for a password (except when the user tries to log into their account on the Site).

11. INTERACTION OF THE COMPANY WITH THIRD PARTIES REGARDING PERSONAL DATA

11.1 The Foundation does not transfer personal data to third parties, except when such transfer is a requirement of the law, at the request of the personal data subject, or in other cases set forth in this policy. The Foundation understands that personal information is a value and an integral part, including the personal non-property rights of any natural person, therefore it takes all possible measures to protect the personal information of users, voluntarily and consciously transferred by the latter to the Foundation.

11.2 The site may contain links to other websites (for informational purposes only). When following a link to other websites, this policy will not apply to such sites. In this regard, the Foundation recommends reviewing the privacy and personal data policy of each website before transferring any personal data by which you can be identified.

12. PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

12.1 Personal data, for the collection, accumulation, processing, storage, and use of which the user grants access to the Foundation, are stored for a period no longer than is necessary for the purpose of their processing, unless otherwise established by the legislation of Ukraine or the will of the user.

13. AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

13.1 Amendments and additions may be made to this Policy periodically and without prior notice to the user, including when legal requirements change.

13.2 In the event of significant changes to this Policy, the Foundation will post a notice on the Site and indicate the term for these changes to take effect. If you do not refuse to accept them in writing within the specified period, it will mean that you agree to the relevant changes to the Policy.

13.3 The Foundation asks you to review the Policy from time to time so that you are aware of any changes or additions to its content and main provisions.
