Public offer on making a voluntary charitable donation

Public Offer

This offer is addressed to an indefinite number of persons – individuals and legal entities – visitors of the website on the Internet: https://gd.weys.eco/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website), hereinafter referred to as the “Donor”, and is an official and public proposal of the NGO “WEYS GUIDE DOG” (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), represented by its founder Olena Mykolaivna Roi, acting on the basis of the Charter, to conclude a charitable donation agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), the subject and essential terms of which are specified below:

1. Terms and Definitions:

• Acceptance – full and unconditional acceptance of this public offer by performing actions to transfer funds using the payment forms and methods posted on the Website, or by transferring funds to the Fund's bank account through banking institutions. The moment of acceptance is the date the funds are credited to the Fund's bank account.
• Payment – voluntary charitable donation.
• Voluntary Charitable Donation – the transfer of funds by the Donor to achieve the goals, objectives, and activities of the Fund in accordance with the Agreement and the Law of Ukraine "On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations".

2. Subject of the Agreement:

The subject of this Agreement is the free transfer of funds by the Donor to the Fund for the purpose of achieving the goals and statutory activities of the Fund.

Acceptance of the Agreement means that the Donor agrees with all its provisions and fully understands the purpose of the donation.

The Agreement is concluded by the unconditional and full accession of the Donor to this Agreement and acceptance of all its essential terms.

The Donor and the Fund, guided by Articles 207, 639 (part 2), 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, and Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations", agree that the Agreement is deemed concluded in writing without signing a hard copy from the moment the Donor performs actions specified in the Agreement.

The Agreement is publicly available on the Website https://gd.weys.eco/.

The Donor may not propose their own terms of the Agreement.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties:

The Fund has the right to:

• Receive voluntary charitable donations and use them for statutory purposes in accordance with the law.
• Provide a report on the use of the donation upon request from the Donor.

The Donor has the right to:

• Transfer a voluntary donation to the Fund using the method specified in the Agreement.
• Request a report on how the donation was used.

4. Location of Fundraising:

Donations may be collected from anywhere in the world.

5. Duration of Fundraising:

Fundraising continues until the Fund is liquidated, unless otherwise determined by the Fund.

6. Access to Fund Reports:

Reports are published on the Website in the “Reports” section. Other information is provided according to Ukrainian legislation.

7. Donation Procedure:

The Fund provides the Donor with the opportunity to make a donation electronically via the Website or by transferring funds to the Fund's bank account (via LiqPay). The Donor may choose a one-time or recurring donation (with the ability to cancel recurring donations at any time).

The donation is considered made at the moment the bank or payment system confirms a successful transaction. All transfer-related expenses are borne by the Donor.

8. Other Provisions:

• The Donor independently determines the amount of the donation.
• The donation is voluntary and non-refundable.
• The Donor is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the donation process.
• To comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and to execute the Agreement, the Donor consents to the processing of personal data.
• Relations between the Donor and the Fund are governed by Ukrainian legislation.
